C.E.O./FOUNDER- RASHANNA ROACH

IMG_1360.JPG

I consider myself an “Around-The-Way Girl Going Around The World.” This description is an appreciation for my roots, the beauty in my growth, and a visualization of my experiences and aspirations. At my core, I’m a Black, Caribbean/African-American girl from Boston (Roxbury and Mattapan), Massachusetts who understood the importance of utilizing resources, networking, and giving back. Vocal A.C.T.I.O.N., LLC is my passion and purpose in practice. It’s rooted in my faith in God, family, and community- all of which tremendously helped to cultivate the leader, speaker, coordinator, and advocate that I am. In some ways my work is a dedication to them. The impact of my company’s investment in Black people and communities globally will be my legacy and I will always utilize my gifts and resources to provide quality services and be of service to them [Black people].
